This release focuses around a barrier rework, the new training ground, and a laundry list of other minor features.
Major Changes
- Reworked barrier. The damage it blocks is now controlled by the new stat 'Barrier Mitigation', which is controlled by Flesh, armour, and masteries. It also absorbs damage before armour damage reduction is applied. As a result of this change, the barrier value on techniques has been increased.
New Features
- Added combat statistics to the combat results dialog, accessible by a button in the top right. This breaks down the sources of damage, barrier, and healing, allowing better insight into the effectiveness of your stances.
- Added a training ground to the sect, that allows fighting a Puppet with a variety of difficulties.
- Added display of current round at the top of the screen in combat.
Changes
- Added tooltip when gaining a quest during an event.
- Items now have more variance in their cost.
- Recipe Library now sorts its recipes better.
- Indicate reputation group in the reputation tooltip of a location.
- Crafting for Pi Lip only gives +1 craft skill on a perfect craft, and none on a basic one.
- Followers no longer help you during a spar.
- Perfectly crafting a recipe now gives the craftskill for the basic craft too.
- Healer time now scales based on how injured you are, from 6 days at 1 health to 1 day at close to full.
- Money and favour is now displayed at the top of the Spatial Ring.
- Improved crop tooltips, showing currently held counts of the item, and highlighting the important numbers more.
- Stances no longer reorder in the Fight menu. 0 is now bound to the current stance, and the others are 1-9 in the same order they are in the stances dialog.
- Aei Ma now has all her encounters in all locations, allowing her to do lower-realm encounters if following the player there.
- Improved inventory sorting. It should now be sorted by type, then rarity, then name.
- Tweaked difficulty scaling through the realms. Higher realms are now a bit harder.
- Grouped techniques and crafting actions by realm.
- Prevented eating fruit when at max affinity. Fruits now display that they can't be eaten with a 'Maxed' text across its image.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed mine chamber overlaps hiding the explored line.
- Fixed pills not allowing consumption to the maximum toxicity.
- Fixed non-integer health for characters in combat.
- Improve artefact tooltips so they don't go off screen as often.
- Fixed playtime display on continue menu. It now works for playtimes over 24 hours.
- Don't factor in conditional power (e.g. 10% for +80%) into the damage preview for a technique.
- Fixed references to 'Mine' and 'Spirit Mine' to say 'Spirit Ore Mine'.
- Fixed missing text at the end of a Aei Ma horde encounter.
- Fixed delivery quest text.
- Fixed icon alignment in selected character dialog.
- Fixed missing word in First Elder dialog.
- Corrected Herb Field tutorial to match new planter max.
- Fixed Shadow Infested realm progress. They should now spawn as Late in the Late strata.
- Corrected display of current charisma in event conditions (like in the Trials of Worthiness).
