Another round of bug fixes and tweaks.

Changes

• Added more tiers of the Pi Lip and Aei Ma flare request encounter allowing for giving them larger numbers of flares (for an equally larger reward).
• Item drops as mine rewards are now all in a single message, meaning only 1 click required.
• Manuals are now discounted 50% when all the techniques within are known. Purchase is still allowed if you want the option to quickly set the stance.
• Post-Meridian Opening breakthrough quest now gives the spirit mine and herb field quests directly, hopefully avoiding the issue where a player didn't know they needed to go to the spirit mine to unlock the herb field.
• Meridian Opening is now harder (roughly 10%), and Body Forging is easier (roughly 10%).

Bug Fixes

• Heal and Barrier crits now no longer leave the health with a fractional value.
• Fix Pi Lip and Aei Ma flare request encounter, they now actually give you the Spirit Stones they say they will.
• Actually disable mine chambers deeper than  Meridian Opening Late. All should now be replaced with a locked chamber.
